David Angel is a Welsh historian, photographer and travel writer who has spent more than 40 years exploring Europe.
His photography has appeared in The Guardian, Condé Nast Traveller, the BBC and The Times, and has been used by VisitBritain to promote Britain internationally.
A former Art Director for Visit Wales, he combines historical insight, original photography and first-hand travel experience to help readers discover Europe beyond its most obvious destinations.
